Course Description

    French I is a beginner French course, which will use the four pillars of language study (reading, writing, speaking and listening) to introduce vocabulary and basic grammatical structures of the French language.  In addition, students will develop a cultural understanding of France and other francophone countries.  Interactive and communicative activities and projects will be used throughout the course.  Homework completion and active, meaningful class participation are essential elements of this class.
